Murray MacPhail, ably assisted by Keith Coppard,
greet arriving Skålleagues to tonight's dinner.




Jack Robinson and our host, Tim Lilleyman,
catch up on business over the past month.




Just part of the evening's fantastic cuisine were starters,
consisting of lamb and shrimp.




Delicious, mouth watering rack of lamb.



Fresh, pan fried shrimps, to compliment the lamb.
 



Just in case the lamb and shrimp weren't enough,
there was also an array of canapes.

A Frisee Salad, complete with lettuce, papaya,
heirloom tomatoes, lobster, fiddleheads & pea shoots,
topped off with a Caribbean Mango dressing




The main course was a Roast Tenderloin of Beef, Morel sauce
with a Mustard & Panko breadcrumb crust, fresh
white asparagus, sugar snap peas & a grilled
vegetable tower, with Fingerling and violet potatoes.

Tonight's lucky 50/50 winner was Jess Sousa, who stated
that "this was the first time he had ever been paid by a man".




Tim Lilleyman and Executive Chef Simon Prentice
along with the staff who served us so well this evening.




Relaxing outside after a sumptuous dinner, are
President Stephen Elmy, Tim Lilleyman and Keith Coppard.
